Chameleon is an adult male RainWing who was previously in possession of Darkstalker's scroll, with which he made several disguises in the form of dragons form different tribes. He was formerly employed by Queen Scarlet, and paired with Kestrel in his SkyWing form, in which he is known as Soar. He is the father of Peril and Sky.
