Morrowseer was an adult male NightWing and a major antagonist in arc one. He fabricated the Dragonet Prophecy in order to control the outcome of the War of SandWing Succession to benefit the NightWings. He was killed in the eruption of the volcano on the NightWing Island.

Morrowseer is the father of Moonwatcher, however he was never aware of her existence.
