Kestrel was a female SkyWing. She was part of The Talons of Peace, and was one of the three guardians taking care of The Dragonets of Destiny. Kestrel was abusive towards the dragonets she was tasked to protect. She is also the mother of Peril and Sky, who she got with Soar[1]. Kestrel was killed by Blister during a meeting with Blister and Morrowseer.[2]
