This template is intended for use for pages on Wikipedia that do not exist on this wiki. A traditional redirect cannot work across wikis due to technical restrictions.
Usage[edit source]
{{Wikipedia redirect}} without parameters produces a link to the title of the current page on Wikipedia:
wikipedia:Template:Wikipedia redirect/doc
This page is a soft redirect.
The first parameter can be used to specify a different page, for example {{Wikipedia redirect|Main Page}}:
wikipedia:Wikipedia:Sandbox
This page is a soft redirect.
