Queen Ruby (also known as Tourmaline) is the current queen of SkyWings. She has been queen since the end of the first book, The Dragonet Prophecy. Ruby is the daughter of Scarlet and Canyon, sister to Hawk and Vermilion, and mother to Cliff.
