Cottonmouth was a Human that, caused the Scorching, brought the Breath of Evil to Pantala, and nearly mind controlled the world.

cottonmouth used to live back when humans controlled Pyrrhia, there were three empires in pyrrhia and cottonmouth wanted to conquer them all. So he stole hundreds of dragon eggs, attempting to train the dragonets to be used in war. After many years a dragon army appeared in the sky raining fire on pyrrhia attempting to wipe out the humans, and these dragons are led by none other than the mother cottonmouth stole his first dragon egg from. Cottonmouth grabs the largest egg, and leaves pyrrhia by boat along with several other humans, and ends up in pantala. In pantala, cottonmouth conducts experiments with the breath of evil plant, using it to mind control different animals, and eventually the dragonet from the egg he brought.
