Tempest was a former commander of the SeaWing army during a diplomatic meeting with a few MudWings and Queen Blister. She was assassinated by Deathbringer and her death was blamed on some MudWings, who were executed. This caused the alliance between the MudWings and Blister to be destabilized which ultimately caused them to be aligned with Burn and the SkyWings.
