Winglets are short companion novels to the main Wings of Fire series, released from 2015-2016. They were originally only available in e-book format, but in 2016 a collection of the first 3 were published physically. On October 6, 2020, the fourth winglet was added to a new collection titled The Winglets Quartet.
The Winglets include Prisoner (focused on Fierceteeth), Assassin (focused on Deathbringer), Deserter (focused on Six-Claws), and Runaway (focused on Arctic and Foeslayer).
