Penguin was a royal animus IceWing who lived around ~2950 AS^{[citation needed]} and was the IceWing who created the gift of diplomacy.^{[citation needed]} The gift of diplomacy is three wristbands used to transport non-IceWing dragons across the Great ice cliff in order to protect them from the magic ice spears.^{[citation needed]}
