Penguin was a royal animus IceWing who lived around ~2950 AS[citation needed] and was the IceWing who created the gift of diplomacy.[citation needed] The gift of diplomacy is three wristbands used to transport non-IceWing dragons across the Great ice cliff in order to protect them from the magic ice spears.[citation needed]
