This should be added to any image that is not currently used on MediaWiki.org, but which is not otherwise a candidate for deletion. The five tildes in the example above will be replaced by the current date when the page is saved.
No decision has been made about what to do with these images beyond simply tagging them and awaiting some kind of future decision.
